SCP-173 is animate and extremely hostile, but it can only move when not in direct line of sight. When observed, SCP-173 will suddenly move at high speeds and attempt to snap the necks of its victims.
Rapid Movement: SCP-173 can move quickly when not observed, often catching its victims off-guard.
Teleportation: SCP-173 can become invisble invisible for a short amount of time, and reappear at a different location.
Neck-Snapping: SCP-173 attempts to break the necks of its victims when it gets within close proximity.
